Terms and Conditions

The clear agreement for using Cicero as your Telegram-based wellness assistant.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Cicero, including the Hello Cicero website, the Cicero Telegram bot, assessments, check-ins, plans, messages, and related services. By using Cicero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cicero.

1. Who we are

Cicero is operated under the Hello Cicero brand. You can contact us at team@hellocicero.com.

2. What Cicero does

Cicero is an AI assistant on Telegram designed to help people find their rhythm, stay in flow, and flourish as they grow. Cicero may provide wellness assessments, reflection prompts, habit support, planning support, check-ins, summaries, and general educational information related to health, fitness, wellness, mindset, and consistency.

3. Not medical, mental health, or emergency care

Cicero is not a doctor, therapist, registered dietitian, emergency service, medical device, or substitute for professional care. Cicero does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Information from Cicero is for general wellness and educational purposes only.

If you have a medical condition, are changing medication, have an injury, are pregnant, have a mental health concern, or are starting a new diet or fitness program, consult a qualified professional. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Telegram account and third-party platforms

Cicero is primarily delivered through Telegram. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. Telegram bots receive updates through Telegram's Bot API, and messages you send to the bot are delivered to Cicero's systems so the service can respond.

Cicero also relies on third-party services for hosting, storage, AI processing, payments, security, and operations. Those services may include Telegram, Vercel, Supabase, AI model providers, TON Wallet, and TON blockchain infrastructure.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Cicero. You may not use Cicero if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate information when using assessments, check-ins, forms, or payment flows;
  • use Cicero only for lawful personal or professional wellness-support purposes;
  • not send medical emergencies, highly sensitive records, passwords, private keys, or wallet seed phrases;
  • not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload Cicero or its infrastructure;
  • not use Cicero to harm, harass, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully profile others.

7. AI outputs and user judgment

Cicero uses AI, which can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for evaluating any suggestion before acting on it. Do not rely on Cicero as your sole source of truth for health, fitness, nutrition, financial, legal, or safety decisions.

8. Pricing, trial, and payment

Cicero may offer a free assessment and a 7-day trial. After the trial, continued access is currently priced at $20 per month unless we state otherwise. Payments are made in USDT through TON Wallet or another TON-compatible payment method we approve.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, public, delayed, or affected by wallet, network, exchange-rate, or transaction-fee issues. You are responsible for sending payment to the correct address or payment request. Never share your private keys or seed phrase with Cicero or anyone else.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using Cicero at any time. To request cancellation, billing help, or a refund review, contact team@hellocicero.com. Unless required by law or expressly stated by us, crypto payments are not automatically refundable because blockchain transfers are final.

10. Coaches

Coaches may use Cicero to support continuity and reflection between sessions. Coaches remain responsible for their own professional services, client relationships, licensing, ethics, scope of practice, and compliance obligations. Cicero does not replace a coach's judgment or duties.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, assessment answers, goals, notes, files, and other content you provide to Cicero. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide, protect, improve, and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

Cicero, Hello Cicero, the website, designs, software, prompts, workflows, logos, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from Cicero without written permission.

13. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Cicero. Cicero may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, Telegram issues, model-provider issues, network problems, or other events.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, abused the service, or used Cicero unlawfully. You may stop using Cicero at any time.

15. Disclaimers

Cicero is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hello Cicero and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to Cicero will not exceed the amount you paid to Cicero in the three months before the claim, or USD $20 if you have not paid.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Cicero, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at team@hellocicero.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated date or notifying users through Telegram or the website. Continued use of Cicero after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Contact
